Crittenden County Clerk’s Office is now located in Suite B of the County Office Complex at 200 Industrial Dr. in Marion, Ky. We are happy to offer our customers our new permanent home with better parking, accessibility with no steps and a more spacious service area. And our deed room now contains all records easily located on one level and multiple workstations for research.

ABOUT OUR OFFICE
The responsibilities of a Kentucky county clerk are numerous and varied, falling into the general categories of clerical duties of the fiscal court; issuing and registering, recording and keeping records of various legal instruments; voter registration and elections; tax duties; motor vehicle registrations, transfers and titling; and the issuance of marriage.
