Crittenden County Clerk’s Office is now located in Suite B of the County Office Complex at 200 Industrial Dr. in Marion, Ky. We are happy to offer our customers our new permanent home with better parking, accessibility with no steps and a more spacious service area. And our deed room now contains all records easily located on one level and multiple workstations for research.

2024 Local Election Filings

There are no other election filings. The filing deadline for partisan offices has passed. Unopposed candidates will not appear on the primary ballot. For candidates for higher office who are required to file with the Kentucky Secretary of State, click here.

ABOUT OUR OFFICE

The responsibilities of a Kentucky county clerk are numerous and varied, falling into the general categories of clerical duties of the fiscal court; issuing and registering, recording and keeping records of various legal instruments; voter registration and elections; tax duties; motor vehicle registrations, transfers and titling; and the issuance of marriage.
